1. Purpose


These Terms and Conditions govern access to, participation in, and use of the services, activities, content, and benefits offered by ACOMM (Alliance of Multicultural Schools of Mexico) to its members and interested users.
By joining or participating in any of ACOMM’s initiatives, the user fully accepts the provisions set forth herein.

2. Nature of membership


ACOMM membership is an institutional partnership that enables private schools to join an active network for knowledge exchange, professional development, and strategic collaboration.
Membership is institutional (not individual) and is intended for private schools, their representatives, and administrative teams.

3. Benefits


ACOMM members will have access to the benefits provided by the organization, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Participation in events, such as the ACOMM Forum
  • Access to ACOMM Wednesdays
  • Access to discussion forums such as member and provider chats
  • Access to agreements and benefits with strategic partners
  • Institutional promotion within the ACOMM network
  • Access to exclusive content, resources, and experiences

ACOMM reserves the right to update, modify, or expand the benefits based on the community's growth.

4. Term and Renewal


Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation.
Renewal is the member's responsibility and is subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of renewal.

5. Fees and Payments


Membership requires the payment of an annual fee set by ACOMM.

  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • Failure to pay may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of benefits.

6. Use of community spaces


Members agree to use interaction spaces (including chats and forums) appropriately, in accordance with the following principles:

  • Respect among participants
  • Professional use of information
  • Prohibition of intrusive promotion or aggressive business practices
  • Confidentiality of shared information

ACOMM may restrict or suspend access to these areas in the event of noncompliance.

7. Confidentiality


Information shared within the ACOMM community is considered confidential and is intended for the exclusive use of its members.
Participants agree not to disclose sensitive information without the express authorization of the parties involved.

8. Use of Images and Communication


ACOMM may use images, recordings, or references to events and activities for institutional promotional purposes, unless the member expressly objects in writing.

9. Liability


ACOMM acts as a facilitator of spaces for gathering, training, and networking.
It is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by members based on shared information
  • Commercial agreements between members and suppliers
  • Results derived from the implementation of shared practices

10. Membership Cancellation


ACOMM reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership in the event of:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Conduct that affects the community
  • Misuse of the network or its spaces

11. Amendments


ACOMM may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Members will be notified of any changes, which will take effect upon publication.

12. Acceptance


Membership in ACOMM or participation in its activities implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
